I am addressing you today in view of the dynamic developments surrounding the corona virus. We are very concerned about the rapid spread of COVID-19 and its health consequences.
I would like to assure you that, in the current situation, we are doing everything in our power to continue to support you as best we can. This also means that we want to maintain the usual availability of our customer support and the ability to deliver. In order to avoid standstills in the company as far as possible, we will split our workforce into two independent and spatially separate teams from March 18 and – where possible – rely on home offices.
We can still be reached by phone during normal business hours at +49 (0) 7135 9849-0. We will then be happy to connect you to the desired contact person, even if he is in the home office.
The easiest way, however, is to send us an email to team@hetschel.com. Here we can react quickly and purposefully.
As we cannot estimate at the moment how the situation will develop, we ask that you only visit us after prior notification by phone or in writing. Our online shop kart24.eu is of course still available for you around the clock and we will send spare parts every day. So that you have it even more convenient, we will discount the shipping costs in the shop by 50% until April 9th.
